DAY 1: NAKARA HOTEL, MOSHI

Moshi

Located in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, close to the Kenyan border in Northern Tanzania, the vibrant town of Moshi is known as a coffee producing hub boasting vast coffee plantations. The majestic snow-capped peak of Kilimanjaro towers over this little African town. Moshi serves as the gateway to the Kilimanjaro National Park and provides an excellent base from which to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain. Visitors can enjoy day trips, short hikes, or longer expeditions using Moshi as a starting point. Other popular activities include: spotting the Big Five on a wildlife safari, visiting a local village to learn about Maasai culture, and sampling mouth-watering Tanzanian cuisine.

Day Itinerary

Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport (Please advice flight details for smooth perceptions) Met and transfer for dinner and Overnight at Nakara Hotel.

DAY 2: NGORONGORO COFFEE LODGE, NGORONGORO CRATER

Ngorongoro Crater

Located in Northern Tanzania, the Ngorongoro Crater is best known for its natural beauty and abundance of diverse wildlife; which makes it one of Africa’s most popular safari destinations. Surrounded by Tanzania’s highlands, this UNESCO-listed crater is said to be the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. Visitors can look forward to spotting the world-renowned Big Five and a host of other wildlife species including large herds of zebra and wildebeest. It is famed as one of Tanzania’s best tourist attractions offering visitors an array of wonderful activities including excellent bird watching, trekking, wildlife viewing, mountain biking and visiting a local Maasai village. Don’t miss the opportunity to jump on an excursion to the magnificent Olduvai Gorge.

Day Itinerary

After breakfast you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro National Park – Marangu gate, where you will have a chance to see the Climbers preparing them to start the ascent towards the Mount Kilimanjaro while others are descending from the Mount. Afterwards enjoy the People living near the Mountain with their daily economic activities. Visit the local brew and Kinuka Mori waterfalls. Thereafter connect with your vehicle and drive to Karatu for dinner and Overnight at Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge.

Overnight: Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge      

Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge is located between the villages of Rhotia and Karatu on the northern Tanzania safari circuit. Accommodation at the lodge features 26 cottages equipped with handcrafted furniture, a private verandah, fireplace, and an indoor and outdoor shower. Additional facilities include a dining room, free Wi-Fi, a spa, and a swimming pool.

DAY 3: NGORONGORO COFFEE LODGE, NGORONGORO CRATER

Overnight at Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge.

DAY 4: MARA KATI KATI, NORTHERN SERENGETI

Northern Serengeti

The vast, rolling savannah of the Northern Serengeti is known as the hub of the great migration. The landscape is characterised by vast stretches of savannah interspersed with acacia trees and riverine woodlands. Wildlife can be seen along the banks of the Mara River and visitors can view the annual spectacle of the half a million migrating wildebeest. Commonly spotted wildlife include: a multitude of plains game such as buffalo, zebra, gazelles, impala, giraffe as well as lion and leopard. Visitors can look forward to bird watching, hot air ballooning, game safaris and guided bush walks.

Day Itinerary

After breakfast with a picnic lunch box drive to Serengeti National Park with a game drive en route, arrive at Norhern side of the Serengeti for dinner and Overnight at Mara Katikati Tented Camp.

Overnight: Mara Kati Kati   

The camp offers comfortable accommodation and a unique opportunity to enjoy a real safari camp experience. The camp is located in the North of Serengeti only 10 minutes drive from Mara River.

A cosy mess tent is located in the centre of the camp where meals are served. The campfire is ready every evening for appetizers and snacks before dinner.

Ten double tents with en suite facilities and one family tent that can host a family of two adults and two children. There are several airstrips in the National Park that receive schedule flights from Arusha as well as charter flights.

Kiwengwa

Day Itinerary

Early morning morning game drive of the Park, return to the Camp for a late breakfast thereafter with a picnic lunch box transferred to Serengeti Kogatende Airstrip for the Regional Air flight to Zanzibar, reporting at 0900hrs, and depart at 1000hrs.

Arrive Zanzibar – Kisauni Airport at 1435hrs, met on arrival and transfers for dinner and Overnight at Blue Bay Beach Resort & Spa on Half Board Basis – Superior Room.
