DAY 1 – 3: BATONKA GUEST LODGE, VICTORIA FALLS, ZIMBABWE      

Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe

One of the original natural wonders of the world, the Victoria Falls is a World Heritage Site and an extremely popular tourism attraction. Known locally as ‘The Smoke that Thunders’ this spectacle is accessible from both Zambia and Zimbabwe and it is an ideal place to combine a game viewing and water sports. There is excellent fishing, a terrifying bungee jump and arguably the best commercial white water rafting in the world.

Our Zimbabwe representative will pick you upon arrival in Victoria Falls Airport and transfer you to Batonka Guest House.

DAY 4 – 6: RIVER VIEW LODGE, CHOBE RIVER FRONT  

Chobe River Front

The Chobe River forms the northern boundary of the Chobe National Park, renowned for its reliable and diverse game viewing. Safaris are conducted both by boat and on land. This section of the park is best known for its elephant and hippo populations but the waters attract all manner of game including large herds of buffalo and the lions that prey on them.

  • Morning game drives into Chobe National Park
  • Afternoon sunset boat cruise on Chobe River.
  • Biking tours (max. 4 guests at a time)

Overnight: River View Lodge        

River View Lodge is a private lodge situated on the banks of the beautiful Chobe River in Botswana. With ten tastefully appointed chalets, a private home and charming public spaces set amongst beautifully manicured gardens, River View Lodge is an oasis of tranquility and the perfect location for guests to relax and unwind after exploring the iconic surroundings of the Chobe.

Payment

  • On confirmation of booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required balance payment is due no later than 6 weeks (60 days) prior to departure
  • All prices are quoted NETT and exclude any bank charges related to the transaction.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of any bank charges incurred in any of the payment processes and payments must be made in the currency in which the quotation was accepted, or in which the invoice is made out.

All payments should be made through electronic or telegraphic bank transfer (TT)

  • Please ensure that you advise your SWIFT code and the relevant reservation number when making payment.
  • Please email your payment confirmation to your dedicated consultant at Botswana Holidays.

Note that in some circumstances, full payment is required to secure reservations to which you will be advised on confirmation of booking.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification.
  • Cancellation conditions vary from supplier to supplier and in certain cases stricter cancellation conditions may apply. Please enquire with your consultant for specific cancellation conditions pertaining to your booking.
  • To cover all variances Our General cancellation conditions are:
  • Confirmation – 91 days before travel:  20 – 25%  (non-refundable deposit)
  • 90 – 46 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee
  • 45 – 0 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee
